At Fountain Gate Medical Centre we are happy to welcome new patients to our clinic. Currently Dr Jacob Dessauer, Dr Michael Long and Dr Melissa Wong are not currently taking new patients but Dr Muneeza Khalid, Dr Edmond Chen and Dr Kelly Mirowska-Allen are.

We ask new patients to please arrive 10 minutes early to complete our new patient form, alternatively, download our new patient form and complete it prior to your appointment.

Please bring your Medicare Card, Photo I.D. and if applicable your concession card.

We request that all new patients book a double appointment to allow your new doctor enough time to comprehensively perform an introductory assessment.
